NGL when they arrested the janitor looking guy I didn't ask any questions. Makes sense. Has keys to the roof and takes out trash daily.
But then I saw the security footage of the shooter jumping from the rooftops and I'm like how the fuck did they connect a borderline geriatric dude to a veritable ninja-sniper?
The man always looks way out of his depth. He is, but he looks it, too.
I don't know how anyone could look him in the eyes and not immediately think he is unfit to run any government organization.
