Yes, and most cars on the road don't have that many people in them. Last I checked, the average occupancy of a city car is somewhere between 1 and 2.
That's why the image says only 177 cars, not 200.
Especially when you account the gas efficiency of 6 buses over 177 cars.
Can you do the last panel but also including the burnt out husks of the EVs that they got trapped in?
