Tuna salad contains:

  • Canned tuna (removed from the can, of course)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Green onions
  • Pickles
  • Tomatoes
  • Pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

  1. Assemble the tuna salad as above
  2. Toast your sourdough bread slices to your liking
  3. Chop some lettuce, layer it atop your toast in a way that mitigates sogging
  4. Layer the tuna salad atop the lettuce of the bottom toast-lettuce level
  5. Marvel at your wonderful creation
  6. Eat

I guarantee you the toast was toasted to a crisp level, do not let your eyes deceive you!

Pumpkin seeds sounds interesting and I imagine works well especially with the tomato too. I love how wildly different everyone’s tuna sandwiches are
