Here is the text of the primary comment.

Hi all, I voted for Trump 3 times but to be honest I have no idea what he is doing now. Can someone smarter than me please explain this:
1.) These tariffs are very difficult for both small businesses and American consumers raising the price on a lot of goods.
2.) Why did he sign an executive order allowing 401Ks to invest in Private Equity?
3.) Why is he allowing 600K Chinese students into the country?
4.) Why is he such a fan of more H1-B visa employees for tech companies?
5.) Why did he not immediately pull all US financial and military support from Ukraine to bring that war to an end?
6.) Why are the deportation numbers so small? We need to see millions deported, not hundreds. We need to see massive caravans walking on foot heading South just like they came in, not onesy-twosies being flown out.

It seems like more of a SelfAwarewolves situation than leopards eating faces.

There are dozens of posts though

Looks like its a red wolf situation, actually.

The vast majority of Magas are single issue voters. This one speaks far too cogently about multiple issues to be anything other than an actor.

I'm struck by how many of these people have either completely unrealistic and batshit demands and are mad they aren't being done and how many are mad he's not being evil enough for them

The worst one on here is so bad it literally gave me a tiny moment where I felt actually sick https://beige.party/@Lana/115115210180322545

Massive racist up in arms because they’re 1000% up for racial profiling, but only for blacks. According to her, enough Latinos voted Trump that they should all collectively get a pass as a race.

It’s a perfect storm of hatefulness and ignorance combined.

So you debate with your balls, huh? And this non sequitur: I was an idiot and voted for the guy who never wanted anything but betray me. Therefore all politicians are corrupt.

... but the text quotes are worth a read as well, esp. the person who demands Trump stop persecuting him and deport Nigerians instead.

I could read these all fucking day and not get tired of them. I want to bathe in the misery of these morons, it’s my only solace at this point.

[–] mrgoosmoos@lemmy.ca 2 points 14 hours ago

I couldn't believe how many there were. excellent compilation. nice to see these fucksticks realize they fucked up

unfortunately, not enough seem to realize the actual problem, and will just vote for the next name with an R next to it

I want Nora to walk out in a caravan

[–] Reverendender@sh.itjust.works 23 points 1 day ago

With all the other “millions” of Noras

[–] LuxSpark@lemmy.cafe 30 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Delightful! Should I feel bad for these dumb bitches?

[–] mrgoosmoos@lemmy.ca 1 points 14 hours ago

not even a little bit

you should mock them relentlessly until they reflect and truly understand their mistake

[–] Reverendender@sh.itjust.works 22 points 1 day ago

You should not

I will also admite, it feels a tad out of charater that he hasn't fully pulled out of ukrain.

[–] TexasDrunk@lemmy.world 27 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Sure, until you realize the goal is to extract as much of the wealth and natural resources as he can first then, when they have nothing, pull the rug.

[–] ShyFae@piefed.blahaj.zone 12 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Sure yeah, I get that. I would have just assumed his putin loyalties to take priority over anything else, other than the maga facade ofcouse.

[–] CitizenKong@lemmy.world 13 points 1 day ago (1 children)

My theory: Russia needs a forever war, they have completely switched to a war economy and peace would crash what's left of it. That's why Putin only demands conditions for peace that he knows Ukraine won't accept. Sure, it means throwing a few hundred Russian people into the meat grinder every week, but that's a prize he's willing to pay without a smidge of remorse.

A few hundred every week? More like 1000 a day.

Someone smarter than me = literally anyone

What a great thread, thanks for sharing.

  1. Where's the part where a leopard eats their face?
  2. The image of text lacks alt text or link to a source with text: this pointlessly breaks accessibility, searchability, fault tolerance, & makes the web less usable.
[–] T00l_shed@lemmy.world 4 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

Where's the part where a leopard eats their face?

There are a lot of examples

But yes, no alt text

[–] lmmarsano@lemmynsfw.com 2 points 11 hours ago* (last edited 10 hours ago) (1 children)

Maybe review the post linked in the rules and point out where

The victim is then shocked to find that the leopards have eaten their face as well (“I didn’t think the leopards would eat MY face!”). Usually, any reasonable outside observer would have concluded that the victim was likely part of the group whose faces the leopards would eat.

I see only policy criticism & critical questions, no complaints they themselves were victimized by any of it. They may be living a carefree life insulated from all repercussions for all I know.
