In about 12 years time, we will see posts about a teenager stumping all the major pastors, and then things will become REAL crazy

Apparently it does happen. There are people who, due to how the baby is positioned or how their anatomy is, it never noticeably shows. and it isn't just fat people if you're thinking that. It's called cryptic pregnancy.
