This is vibes based legal theory.

This AG is either a total fucking idiot, or cravenly just doing a 'the law is what I say it is' power grab.

Oh well, not like the US legal system generally has any shred of consistency or credibility left to it anyway.

This article gets it.

The default to governments like this is an invasive surveillance state. To not implement full invasive data collection and simply forbid minors from being online is to be in the wrong.
