I had to get a crown because I cracked a tooth horizontally below the gumline by clenching my jaw. I was more impressed than anything.

The only plus side is it’s done wonders for my jawline.

Try setting reminders for yourself if you're prone to do that and look up exercises to massage your jaw joints and muscles around them. Constantly clenching your jaw may lead to headaches, neck pain, and problems with posture - not even touching upon grinding down your teeth if you do that at night like I did for many years - so it's really not to be fooled around with.

I had one a couple years ago but I chewed through it and didn't get around to getting a new one. Not sure if I'm still grinding my teeth at night
