According to the editorial team, Kagansky's problem is not isolated, but part of a larger crisis of Microsoft's neglected account recovery system.
It is intentionally neglected. Don't think for a second M$ doesn't know what's going on. They love it. Give a big fuck you to the trouble causers, to hell with them.
I'm still waiting to find out the whole story. I very much doubt MS is targeting individuals.
Plus I thought the guy wasn't critical of Microsoft and actually uses it over libre office
Someone mentioned in another thread that it was a personal account used for business.
