I used this website to get pills shipped to me in a US state where abortion is illegal (though I didn’t end up needing to use them). They might also ship to other countries too; I haven’t looked into it.

Yes, absolutely. I'm not sure about nationwide programs, but there is almost certainly something in your area. I'm no longer involved, but I know some of the people who were involved years ago with this org: https://www.yellowhammerfund.org/our-programs/
They are legit and if no one else here knows anything, I would reach out to Yellowhammer even if you aren't in their region (AL, MS, FL). They probably know a lot of other orgs doing the same thing.
Edit: plan B is 5 days or sooner after unprotected sex, but there are abortion meds that can be highly effective for months into pregnancy. Mifepristone and misoprostol are the meds that are taken one after the other to end a pregnancy.
