Dan Hentschel is an internet comedian whose whole thing is to be unsettling and often a caricature of reactionary white men. In that context this was him doing a good bit but it turns out the IOF is so evil beyond satire that he suffered from the Onion effect: Without already knowing it's satire, it becomes impossible to distinguish from reality because the target of the satire is that horrible
Personally I find him less funny and more unsettling because he does the bit so well.
