Lol nah, I'm in my 40s and feel better and younger than in my 20s. Just keep healthy, start doing back squats once a week. Throw in some pullups, maybe a run once a week, a few 40 minute walks, some stretching, maybe some handstands.
Use it or lose it.
If you can't do all that at least walk a few hours a week. Ideally put some weight in a pack when you do - build up from 5lb to 30lb.
Obviously, not everyone has the ability to do few hours of walking a week, but if you can, please do some self care!
