Howdy "relative" neighbor.
I'm also in the southeastern USA and I've driven by the peach more times than I care to count.
Growing up, every time dad would drive by the peach he would yell out, "put panties on the peach!". Now as an adult, all I see is a big ole butt crack and also yell out "put panties on the peach!".
Wait its real?? I thought it was just a House of Cards thing.

It’s actually peach season in that area right now, and if you hit a good farmstand you can get a bunch, ridiculously fresh and quite cheap compared to grocery prices. Highly recommend
I love that song, and I even heard it last week for the first time in forever, but when I see something like this, the only thing I think of is:
