Was gifted Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice.

That game is wild, super eerie but fun! Not usually a SP gamer but I’m trying to expand into it more and I think it’s a good start.

I just want to give a shout out to Subnautica. I've been having a blast playing it for the last two weeks. In my opinion, it's actually the best game I have played in terms of the open world design. At the start of the game, there are just two map-related things on your hud, the location of the life pod where you start and a depth indicator. There is no mini map or a million question marks on a map and you don't even start with a compass. I honestly had a lot of fun driving around in a submarine and placing beacons in each biome to sort of make my own map. Exploration is a lot of fun in this game.

Picked up sea of thieves. Has been ok. Wish you could do 6 player crews though. I enjoy just sailing about in it. But wish it wasnt quite so toxic pvp oriented.

You should really consider Sailwind then. No combat, just sailing. And the sailing is very realistic. It's a single dev game, but an absolute gem. He recently added modification options for all of the available boats, so you can play around with different sail plans and rigs!

I am currently playing Half Life Alyx with a Quest 2 and a cable to my PC. Incredible game, totally recommended. If you want to feel what Virtual Reality (VR) is about, please play that game.

Check out the SP campaign mods that people made for it!

Not that many, but even right now the ‘best’ one adds a few hours of gameplay. I can’t remember the name of it though, sorry
