Trump Burger first entered into a five-year lease agreement on January 28 with the landlord to operate the restaurant on the Kemah property. According to the lawsuit, the lease required three days' written notice from the landlord to terminate the lease.

I don't know much about commercial leasing, but signing a 5 year contract that gives your landlord the ability to kick you out on a whim with just 3 days' notice seems...pretty dumb
