I tried to enter chachara.club but it didn't work. When I went to my account, the account he showed me was that of lemmy.ml. It says that I have no posts or comments on my account and I know that I have posts. What's going on?

I just checked and it redirects to lemmy.ml for me, too.

I can open the website. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Are you in some app?

[–] wendyz@lemmy.ml 5 points 2 months ago (1 children)

No, I’m on the site. I can’t log in either, it says the credentials are incorrect and when I went to local communities, it showed those from lemmy.ml

I think this might be a problem with their lemmy-ui deployment. Looking at communities on phtn.app with a chachara.club guest account shows the right thing for local.

Yeah, definitely messed something up with the lemmy-ui, here's what their site actually calls:

What is this for a name? In Silesian "chachara" is a female from "chachar" which means someone with no job, heavy drinker and potentially thief.

In Spanish it means "chit chat"

[–] paranoidcyborg@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 month ago

In Chilean spanish it actually means, do you understand what I said/do you follow/ you get me?

[–] deafboy@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

someone with no job

TIL. I've only ever heard it as a euphemism for a vagina.

Yes, same experience here.

Seriously, there's a curse on Spanish instances

Refresh the site.

And when you see nothing or something from .ml, refresh again.

Some cursed behaviour from their lemmy-ui frontend. Something with enviroment variables??

I cleared my cache, got the normal communities, then switched to All, then back to local, and they were all .ml
