That is obviously Fallout Blue and Yellow.
you know, I could really get down with this crossover concept. As long as the Pokedex gets thematic additions, like a cute centaur evo line. What would you call a pokemon deathclaw?

I'm now wondering if Blue text wasn't the default for Fallout 4 and I just changed it so early on that I forgot.

I would say NV is red, the box is red on my ps3 copy
I think it's more about the default UI colors and the color grading of each game. Everything in F3 has a green tint and everything in NV is a shade of yellow or brown. And the default UI colors are green and amber respectively.
so is TTW Fallout Green & Yellow ?
