Murwillumbah. About as far east as possible in the same country.
I lived in Bilinga for five years of my childhood. So I know exactly where you are.
You made a good move to Perth. The south end of the gold coast is an awful place now, and causing housing problems as far away as Murwillumbah. I drive to Tugun once a month for health issues or the airport. That as a daily commute would be nasty.
End of a successful week at work, time to spend the weekend with family over from ye olde country.... so drink the beers.
I'm on the ciders today. Not sure that beer agrees with me. Doing the tedious weekly backups at the moment.

Big fan of Core Cidery up the hills way. Percentages are fairly intense though.
The humidity is sapping my energy today. I am hopefully getting in the garden, no no , going to bunnings, tomorrow :)
I hope your day was more productive than mine was in the end. Quick trip up to get some fresh bread for breakfast, followed by a long slow day of zero plans.

I'm in a cast. This sucks. Only silver lining is I get tomorrow off. Imagine getting a 5-day medical certificate, but four of those days are public holidays already. ๐ข

Looks like the Easter egg hunts going to be pretty tame for you this year.
Casts can be such a pain in the arse. Makes everything slow and hard to do.
Completely altered my partner and i's holiday in North America a few years back. Still had a great time, but we had to content ourselves with the West Coast, or go theough a whole rigmarole of cast breaking ,then new casts twice over to carry on the original itinerary.
