I work with a guy that fits this description as well. Man bun goes to the gym regularly mountain bikes, rock climbs lives the van life yet is a full on Nazi fascist racist sexist homophobic xenophobic, but also enjoys wearing retro rock band T-shirts and smoking offbrand cigarettes.

Looks like the term Nipster originated in Europe where everyone was already metrosexual 10 years ago according to stereotypes.
