How does anyone do anything with a migraine? I literally feel like Im going to die from them.
I have chronic migraine. It can be very difficult for people to understand that not all of my migraines are severe because they have a family member/friend that has them and every time they have to be in a dark room, no noise, etc. A lot of my migraines are moderate and I can mostly function but it is miserable. I have gotten pretty good at saying not today.
"No" is a very powerfull word.
If you are a minor and didn't have a choice, I sincerely sympathize with your fate.
"You know what would make you feel better? Clattery noises, excited people, loud carpet, bright lights, hard chairs, and fried food smells."

At that point, I'd throw up publicly.
But in a tub or something. I'm not a monster.
