The latter for the most part, theres still a few people that go into the office more than most (customer support is compulsory office for example) so they're a lot easier to be led with a carrot and stick.
We'll get to them too, though. Just today I announced the intention to form a union to a bunch of colleagues I've pulled into a covert whatsapp. No pizza party can survive a union drive.
