“Over the last 20 years, Israel has employed various bureaucratic measures to prevent Palestinians from accessing their private land. This is part of a broader effort to force Palestinians out of entire areas in the West Bank, while expanding settlements and the territories under Israeli control.”

“… The Israeli regime has increased its use of these systems since the heinous Hamas-led attack on 7 October 2023. … the ‘coordination’ mechanism was halted and the possibility for farmers to ‘coordinate’ access to their land was almost entirely blocked. The following year (2024), … the Civil Administration refrained from publishing information on ‘coordination’ of harvest days…”
