Not the sea imo so much as the nightmares that dwell there
spiders, heights and small/enclosed spaces (just generally the idea of being trapped)
heights and small spaces just make me deeply uncomfortable, but (certain) spiders will just immediately give me a panic attack
Ladders and coasters
I love flying, I'm fine with being in high spots on a level surface, but those 2 freak me out
Finger and toenail injuries

I'm not going to mention my phobia because it's so severe I don't want to talk about it
filthy mortals
I’ve got two. Swimming in the deep ocean more than a few feet from a boat, I can’t help but think of sea monsters and sharks coming from the murky depths. Second is getting my throat cut. Idk why it just seems like the most horrific way to go for me. I recall getting a haircut when I was about 19 where the barber used a straight razor to line my hair up and shave my facial hair, and that shit had me shaking on the way out from how nervous the blade against my neck got me.
