Is "ammunition" a mistranslation for the body armor or did he actually embezzle small arms cartridges from the AFU?

There are definitely Ukrainians selling tactical gear and militaria from both Ukraine and Russia on places like Instagram and telegram. Always figured it was unwanted stuff they couldn't use but maybe not.
