Orange man saying that NATO members "are not paying their bills" is complete BS because there was no agreement to get to 2% before 2032. The invasion of Ukraine has put a lot more pressure on NATO countries, and many have already increased their budget beyond 2% accordingly. At the moment there are only 8 countries still under 2%. Including the 2 smaller countries; Belgium and Luxembourg. And funnily enough Canada too.
