This community exists for trans people and others to give each other advice and support regarding HRT.
Keep in mind that none of us are doctors. Read up on how to do things properly and double check any advice you are given.

Quick Facts
- Different routes (oral vs injections vs trans-dermal etc) have the same results. Pick whichever option you are most comfortable with.
- If you're doing feminizing hrt your boobs will randomly grow in bursts. Chest pain going away is perfectly normal.
- It's unreliable to estimate your hormone levels based on signs. Take blood tests if they are available to you.
- Remember to eat well, get enough sleep, and exercise! This will help you grow properly and look more masculine on testosterone or more feminine on estradiol.

Ye no rush
I was pretty seriously considering to create this exact community, so Iβm very happy someone did this. I guess it would be a good idea to advertise this on the other plattforms (/r/diyhrt and the diyhrt-discord) as a place that doesnβt depend as much on American corpos. I could do so, but maybe @will_steal_your_username@lemmy.blahaj.zone as the creator of the space would be a better choice?
I'm not on reddit much, and am not in the diy discord myself, so if you want to do that I would appreciate it very much!

Edit: TransDIY seems to have removed my post (and the users there were quite paranoid), the estrogel sub was much more welcoming and their mod has linked this community in their sidebar.
