Things don't always need to be practical.
How about practical? Can it be so? Because I already have enough trouble dragging my fat ass around as it is; no need to weigh myself down with whatever quantity of fabric.
I’ve seen Korean girls dress like this unironically.
In an odd way, it sort of reminds me of those old paintings of noble women wearing giant dresses that they probably needed a team of maids to strap them into.
Did we learn nothing from the late 90s??
