This is exactly what Trump is doing
12th century stochastic terriorism was not something I expected to see today, but the shoe fits.
Can they arrest him? He's not the president right now.
They can arrest him. They should arrest him. They won't arrest him.
He was arrested. And tried.
The courts won't sentence him.
One might even suggest that such a death threat would violate his terms of release.
It's not "possible" it is literally a call for an attack.
