@_elena@mastodon.social Really looking forward to part 2!
@stefan@stefanbohacek.online ha! I replied to your other post before seeing this one. Will definitely mention your work in part 2. Maybe I'll reach out soon with a couple of questions, if that's ok? It would be great to quote you on your work with #AltText bots
@_elena@mastodon.social Well I haven't really done much with bots and accessibility, see https://stefanbohacek.online/@stefan/113210028529071264, but more than happy to discuss my work around https://alttexthalloffame.org.
Also, have you come across https://github.com/alt-text-org?
@stefan@stefanbohacek.online thank you for sharing my post Stefan! ❤️ LOVE your work by the way and I'll be mentioning your #AltText bot in part 2
@_elena@mastodon.social My pleasure!
And do you mean @AltTextHealthCheck@mastodon.social?
That one was made by @stefan@gardenstate.social!
@stefan@stefanbohacek.online yes I’d love to discuss Hall of Fame. And didn’t realize @AltTextHealthCheck@mastodon.social was done by another Stefan 😅 @stefan@gardenstate.social thanks for the clarification!

stefan is a popular name on the fediverse. Hope we all can collab on stuff at some point.

#postoftheweek (season 1):
The Fediverse has been teaching me how to be a better digital citizen. Actually, let me rephrase that: without the shadow of a doubt, the Fediverse has made me a better digital citizen.
You may have heard in passing how Fediverse networks are considered to be “ethical social media” – but this description has rarely been followed up by an explanation of how and why. I’d like to give it a shot, through the prism of my personal experience.
