Did Russsia know this food was meant for china or was this an inadvertent self-goal?

It's rice. They should have considered that it could be for China or for anybody or that they could Ukraine could easily use this for propaganda. Like, it's purely stupid anyway you see it to do such move either way you see it. You're literally destroying food. What the fuck is wrong with you.
