This is fanart of Noa Izumi from Patlabor. She is a female police officer, and the first forward (primary mech pilot of unit 1), with Special Vehicles section 2.

She is usually dressed quite boyish, and definitely fits the typical description of a tomboy in many ways.

She's cute as heck.
