Living in the tropics, it's rather common to refrigerate bread, else you run the risk of mould overnight.

Freezing bread is much more effective and it comes right back to life after a bit of heating. Refrigerating it just dries it out imo.

Every American has to try that at least once. Minus the orange subtance, but that one is my personal preference.
