Hot Take: Yeah kinda. One issue with modern surveillance is it gives you TOO MUCH data, to the point it gets hard to analyze.
I am on that list like eight times especially with my first name and diffrent spellings of swear words for a last name

It would probably be an Excel sheet talking to an Access database via VBA macro because the guy who prints the kill lists "has a system".
