Thanks for pointing that out. The Ultimate Edition does not include all the delisted DLCs. I'm using Mitsubishi Motors Car Pack as an example. It was a free DLC pack. It is not mentioned at all in the Ultimate Edition.
Do you know if the 2 Expansion Packs (e.g. the lego one) still get activated if you buy the Ultimate, because they are already delisted to buy separately.

It seems the DLC has already been delisted, so you won't be able to buy that content now.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and Mitsubishi Car Pack was indeed not included, but somehow added to my account a day later.
