Yes, good old "it can't happen here" will keep everyone safe, I'm sure.
Trump tried to steal the election with his fake electors and sent his supporters to storm the capitol, but let's forget that and give him another chance at it - it worked well with Hitler.
SCOTUS is literally considering whether or not to hand the president a Long Knife. That's the distance we are from the precipice overlooking a reich.
