That is the problem with billionaires. Whenever they have a problem, they run to their lawyers, asking "I feel like this is illegal, this must be illegal, right?", and the lawyers will say "Yes, of course this is illegal" to earn more money, while using every trick in the book to cater to the billionaire's will.
This will give the billionaires an extremely warped sense of what is legal, as they're used to getting what they want, not realizing that their star-lawyers were bending the law thrice over, to give them their win in court.
