oh they won't ever be denied their wars.. that's the only thing that's left for the US economy

Thing is that they don't have the industrial capacity for the wars they want to have. It's one thing to brutalize people of Afghanistan for a couple of decades. It's quite another to try to take on Russia, Iran, or China.
