Okay so there’s this financial disclosure that every NYS employee has to fill out if they earn over ~$111K or are deemed a “policymaker” that list every investment they own. Even if it’s just bog standard pension funds or open market index funds, have to list it every year, and it’s made public.
Back when he was governor, Cuomo’s every year would list that he owned no investments
