I think Mike is a typo for milk and they really meant to ask if you want a non-dairy cream. Which Mike is all too happy to whip up a batch of.

I think OF could just be OR. And Mike is the customer but they forgot the capitalization and comma.

i.e. Would you like cream or alternative, Mike?
