I remember when the Guardian was the good newspaper that proudly published the Wikileaks documents, sad to see them turn into the Terf Stasi.

isnt the guardian owned by jeff bezos? Or is that the washington one, or both, i can never remember because i never seem to give a shit about these publications.

No, the Guardian is owned by a non-profit trust. They're still good at investigative journalism, but have a big transphobia problem.

So sort of like the newspaper equivalent of the BBC, in multiple ways.
