Although I think there probably are such universes, it's not logically mandatory - for a math analogy, there are infinitely many prime numbers greater than 2, but none of them are even: Just because a set is infinite doesn't mean it has every item. It's possible to imagine universes with inconsistent laws of physics for example, and those probably don't exist. In fact it's possible that no universes exist with laws much different from ours, but there could still be an unbounded number of universes.
That said, yeah, I'm sure some universes (possibly ours!) have planets where the dominant species is bipedal and has genitalia in a place that corresponds to where we have heads.
