How do you know so much about ~~swallows~~ cheese?

I got pissed off at shitty wrapped cheese. Seriously. I grabbed the wrong package at the store one day and it was horrible. The crap nothing but oil, artificial flavors, and a little bit of color.

It wasn't until it ruined a sandwich by not being cheese in any way that I read the package, and just got infuriated that it even existed, much less that it was legal to sell.

I started looking this stuff up, and dived down the rabbit hole.
