I haven't played the game but from everything I've read so far it seems like the friendly fire simulator
Nothing is more friendly than getting 4 of your own mortars to the face.
In the beginning, yes, but you adjust to it. Honestly it's a great feature, you can't just go guns blazing, orbitals blasting.
It really depends on the people you're playing with, randos don't tend to communicate
What usually happens is you get swarmed pretty often. Like really really swarmed. Coming from all sides. If you're not paying attention it's super easy to walk into someone's firing line. Or your tracking something and it's attacking your team and you end up blasting both. Often it's like "throwing an nuke!" And someone isn't paying attention when running then go right into it and blamo!
