Yeah, this is huge for DPRK because US can no longer choke them economically. Russia is a commodities powerhouse, so I expect things are going to be looking up in DPRK from here on out.
The west really fucked the dog with those sanctions. They didn't force Russia to their knees, they forced Russia to build a viable alternative to western finance and trade, heralding the beginning of the end of western hegemony.
Exactly, this will be taught in history books as the pivotal event that heralded the end of western empire.
