BS! There's absolutely nothing I've seen in any grocery store that has only gone up <10%. Most items are 20% at a minimum, but more like 30%+.

Not only that, but shrinkflation has affected everything! "Pasta products: +8.3 per cent"... yeah, you're paying 8% more for 50% less!

"Potatoes: +9.3 per cent (+7.6 per cent)" again, 9% increase but you're paying for 5lbs instead of 10lbs bags! You get half the amount for twice the price!

"Apples: +6.6 per cent (+10.6 per cent)" Where have they only gone up 6%??? Apples used to be $0.49 - $0.99 / lb, and now it's pretty common to see $2.99/lb for apples grown down the street!

"Dairy products: +7.4 per cent (+7.5 per cent)" Nevermind that, because non-dairy products have doubled in price!

LOL. I mean MINIMUM 20% for everything, but yeah, some items are double and it's insane! (Durham Region).
