Tachiyomi Alternatives:

Mangayomi - https://github.com/kodjodevf/mangayomi
- Very similar to Tachiyomi
- Also with anime sources
- Doesn't support Tachiyomi backup import
Kotatsu - https://github.com/KotatsuApp/Kotatsu
- Doesn't support Tachiyomi backup import
Neko - https://github.com/CarlosEsco/Neko
- MangaDex only

Other forks:

Dantotsu adds support for anime and novels as well.
Aniyomi adds support for video as well
Animiru is Aniyomi without the manga parts (ie only for video)
Yokai no idea what's changed here besides name/icon...
