I have known 2 women who were a conventional "10". They picked and chose who they wanted based upon success, money, reputation etc. It all fell apart. They're both in their 50s now. Unmarried, unhappy, realising that the looks never got them what they thought would make them happy. The guys they rejected moved on, settled and compromised in that wholesome way rather than any "simp" way, and are all happily married, successful.
If a woman has picked a partner that's not conventionally "her type" then I say fair do's! A Hampshire expression. May they be happy. Jealousy has no place in any of this.
