yeasterday I found something about federal legislation for 25 but can't today and im thinking whatever it was was likely not passed. I found my state does not allow it if pure but I can't find any other restrictions. I also notice here 25 is mostly given as the age people have to look to not card (which the more I think about it is wierd and silly. its so subjective). I wonder if the person was telling my wife their own personal criteria to not card.
