If you're sweating that much, why not just downshift? It's slower, but it's also easier!
I go uphill to go downhill. Enduro is my jam. The hills I go up are in the lowest gear already, they're just steep.

As a youngin, I used to bike to school often. For some reason I made it a point of pride to never downshift from the highest gears front and back. Took some getting used to when you had to push it when going around tight corners very slowly. Ended up with melon cracking thighs

The first comment makes more sense now lol, if you're doing a big climb like that and someone zips past on an ebike, I'd be kinda peeved off too ๐
