• bright red prison scrubs (violent / high risk)
• white beard / shaved bald head
• slides with white socks
• blackened eye sockets (sorta joker/shaped demonic looking)

pros:

• VERY comfortable
• easy to see/maneuver

cons:

• got queso in beard (this is typical)
• wanted to rub eyes sometimes, but couldn't

i won 3rd place. no beef, their costumes were incredible. i thought i was pretty middle-of-the-road, honestly. i didn't even know there was a contest. the #1 was like a disorientingly realistic as an elf. a few people approached me and said mine was the best, which was flattering. i did spend some time on the makeup. i probably could have had a little more showmanship with it. a couple of times i would just be standing there quietly listening to a conversation in a group of people and someone in the circle would turn and see me out of the corner of their eye and be like, "jeeeesus CHRIST" as they instinctively pulled away, so i guess it was pretty good.
