real question, why don't people who host politically sensitive stuff host from vietnam? Wouldn't it be kind of safe to assume they don't have a security agreement with the 200-eyes or whatever?

I guess my thinking is that Vietnam is not under blockade or sanction like the DPRK or Cuba... China is being targeted by the US and also under some sanction (I would expect more), and Laos may not have as much internet infrastructure as it has had less development comparatively
